Access solution speeds range from 2MB to 1GB. The access speed and resilience required for each location can be created using the most appropriate Tamite access technology such as ADSL, Bonded ADSL, SDSL and leased lines.
All access technologies are an extension to your Local Area Network (LAN) running the same private IP address schemes. These connections are secure, and because they are not NATed across the public internet they do not require site-to-site VPNs between firewalls. Removing the firewalls increases throughput, reduces latency (delay) and creates a simple infrastructure without the need to manage firewall rules, VPN setup and multiple security policies.
Network routing ensures all sites are visible in the PWAN allowing traffic to pass between any sites on the network as required. External users can be allowed in via VPNs terminated at the central firewall.

Public Internet Access
Where public internet access is required this can be provided through a local site such as the head office or directly from the PWAN in our UK data centres; providing a fast and resilient connection to the public internet. For advanced requirements a fully managed firewall can be supplied allowing central control of group security policies (intrusion detection, anti-virus etc).
